The correct answer is option 1 i.e. unemployment.

The context  of the sentence suggests that robots are being held responsible for the increasing number of people without jobs.

Let us further understand the meaning of the given words:

  • Unemployment: The state of being without a job or work, typically referring to individuals who are actively seeking employment but are unable to find suitable opportunities.
  • Peace: A state of tranquility, harmony, and absence of conflict or violence, both at an individual and societal level.
  • Social Issues: Matters or problems that affect society as a whole or a particular group within it, typically related to social, economic, or political concerns. Examples include poverty, inequality, discrimination, and access to education or healthcare.
  • Corruption: Dishonest or unethical behavior, particularly involving the abuse of power or position for personal gain, often associated with bribery, fraud, embezzlement, or other forms of illicit practices in public or private institutions.
