The correct answer is option 1 i.e. - 3(2 + √3)

= $\dfrac{2^2\times(\frac{1}{\sqrt2})^2+({2})^2}{\sqrt{3}\times(\sqrt2)^2-2^2\times1}$

= $\dfrac{2+{4}}{2\sqrt{3}-4}$

=$\dfrac{3}{\sqrt3-2}\times\dfrac{\sqrt3+2}{\sqrt3+2}$

= 3(2 + √3)/(-1)

=  - 3(2 + √3)
