 The correct answer is Option 4 i.e. 6.

According to the question, 

x = 6 + y       ....(1)

So, the sum of the digits

⇒ 4 + 8 + 5 + 6 + 3 + 2 + 7 + (6 + y) + y = 41 + 2y

(41 + 2y) is only divisible for y = 2 for which (41 + 2y) becomes 45 which is divisible by 9.

So, x = 6 + 2 ⇒ x = 8

Now, $\sqrt{4x+2y}$ =  $\sqrt{4 × 8 + 2 × 2}$

⇒ $\sqrt{36}$ = 6
