Given that

The value of $1÷2+3-5(\frac{1}{3}of 15)-{75÷(28-3)}$ 

⇒ (1/2) + 3 - 5 × 5 - (75/25)

⇒ (1/2) + 3 - 25 - 3

⇒ (1/2) - 25

⇒ (1 - 50)/2

⇒ $\frac{-49}{2}$
