The correct answer is option 2 i.e. 728 

Let's assume the ratio of the number = 7x : 13x

So, the HCF of the numbers = x = 8

Now the first number = 7 × 8 = 56

Second number = 13 × 8 = 104

We know that :

First number × Second number = HCF × LCM

⇒ 56 × 104 = 8 × LCM

LCM = 728
