Correct answer: A

Explanation

The correct answer is option 1 i.e. comfortably.

Context: The sentence discusses how, after taking responsibility, one has to work in order to maintain a decent life. The missing word should reflect a positive way of living.

Meaning of the words:

Comfortably: In a way that is physically pleasant or financially secure; correct in this context.
Contrasting: Showing differences when compared, not suitable here.
Revolutionary: Radically new or innovative, unrelated to lifestyle.
Granting: The act of giving or allowing, grammatically unsuitable.

Correct word: Comfortably

Reason: The sentence implies that without work, one cannot live well. Only “comfortably” fits the intended meaning of a good standard of living.

Hence, the chosen option is correct.
