Cos45 = 1/√2

Tan45 = 1

Sec45 = √2

Put θ = 45 and check with the options.

(Sin45-Cos45+1)/(Sin45+Cos45-1)  

⇒1/(√2-1)  = √2 + 1

Checking the options by putting θ = 45:

Option 3:

Sec45 + tan45 = √2 + 1

Hence, Option 3 is correct.
