  1. The error lies in part 4 of the statement because of the wrong use of "Subject-verb agreement".
  2. We need to replace "WERE" with "WAS" for making the statement grammatically correct.

Grammatical Concept:- 

  • Subjects and verbs must AGREE with one another in number (singular or plural). Thus, if a subject is singular, its verb must also be singular; if a subject is plural, its verb must also be plural.
  • In the given statement subject is "Information" which is singular hence, we need to use a singular verb here.
  • The chosen option contains the ERROR hence, it will be the correct answer.
