The correct answer is Option 4 i.e 0

Let x = a, 3y = b, 2 = c

So,

ATQ,

a + b + c = x + 3y + 2 = 0

Now, 

x3 + 27y3 + 8 - 18xy = a3 + b3 + c3 - 3abc = 0   {Algebraic Identity}
