The correct answer is option 4 i.e. 18

⇒ x + 16x\frac{16}{x}= 8

⇒ x2 + 16 = 8x

⇒ x2 - 8x + 16 = 0

⇒ (x - 4)2 = 0

⇒ x = 4.

⇒ x2 + 32/x2 = 16 + 32/16 = 18.
