If 3√3x3- 2√2y3 = (√3x - √2y)(Ax2 + Cy2 - Bxy), then the value of (A2 + B2 + C2) is:

Show answer & explanation

Correct answer: D

Explanation

Correct answer is option 4 i.e 19

3√3x3- 2√2y3= (√3x - √2y)(Ax2 + Cy2 - Bxy)

3√3x3- 2√2y3 = √3Ax3 - √3Bx2y + √3Cxy2 - √2Ax2y + √2Bxy2 - √2Cy3

Comparing the coefficient:

A = 3 and C = 2

-√3 B – √2 A = 0

⇒ B = -√6

Hence, (A2 + B2 + C2) = (9 + 6 + 4) = 19

Correct Answer is option 4 i.e. 19
