The correct answer is option 1 i.e. 45°

Given that

If 2 Tan ²A + 4Cos⁴A = 3,

The possible value of A = ?

Calculation

we check option one by one

Put A = 45º

= 2 Tan² 45º + 4 Cos⁴ 45º

Tan 45° = 1 , cos 45° = (1/√2). ,

we get, = 2 × 1² + 4 × (1/√2)⁴  

= 2 + 1 = 3

So, RHS = LHS

Hence, The required value of A is  45º
