Given that, central angle = 30°

Arc length = 44 cm

Arc length = Perimeter of sector = ${\theta \over 360}(2 \pi r)$

Area of sector = ½ × r × arc length

According to the given question,

 Arc length = ${\theta \over 360}(2 \pi r)$

⇒ ${30 \over 360} \times 2 \times {22 \over 7} \times r$ = 44

⇒ r = 84 cm

Now, area of sector = ½ × r × arc length

⇒  ½ × 84 × 44 = 1848

Hence the area of the sector is 1848 cm².
