Given:

Length of arc = 15 cm

Angle subtended by arc = 24°

Explanation:

Since the length of the arc which subtends 24° angle = 15 cm

Now, the length of arc that makes a complete 360° angle = circumference of circle = 1524°×360°{15 \over 24°} \times 360° = 15 × 15 = 225 cm

Hence the circumference of the circle is 225 cm.
