Now, we can say that :

3411 > 3111.

or, (2 × 17)11 > 3111.

or,  1711 × 24 × 24 × 23 > 3111.

Now,  1711 × 17 × 17 × 17 > 1711 × 24 × 24 × 23.

So, 1711 × 17 × 17 × 17 > 3111.

or, 1714 > 3111.

So, (II) is not correct.
