Which of the following books has been authored by Sanjaya Baru?

Show answer & explanation

Correct answer: D

Explanation

The correct answer is option 4 i.e. The Accidental Prime Minister.

“The Accidental Prime Minister: The Making and Unmaking of Manmohan Singh” is a political memoir authored by Sanjaya Baru, who served as the media advisor to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh from 2004 to 2008. Published in April 2014 by Penguin India, the book provides an insider’s look at Singh’s tenure, alleging that the Congress party president, Sonia Gandhi, held significant influence over decision-making within the Prime Minister’s Office—characterising Singh as “subservient” to her.
