The correct answer is Option 3 i.e. 12{{1} \over 2}.

= cos(−17π3)cos(-{17\pi\over3})

= cos(6π−π3)cos({6\pi-\frac{\pi}{3}})

= cos(-θ) = cosθ 

 cosπ/3 =  Cos 60° = 1/2
