Two numbers are less than a third number by 25% and 36% respectively. Second number is what percent less than the first number?

Explanation

The correct answer is option 4 i.e. 14.66%

Let the third number is 100.

So the other two numbers are,

100 - 25 = 75

100 - 36 = 64

Now,

[(75 - 64)/75] × 100 = 14.66%
