The correct answer is option 4 i.e. 2

One knows that, 

sin²$\theta$ + cos²$\theta$ = 1 and sec²$\theta$ - tan²$\theta$ = 1

⇒ sin 37º cos 53º + cos 37º sin 53º) - (4cos²37º-7+4cos²53º)/(tan²47º+4-cosec²43º)

⇒  (sin 37º sin 37º + cos 37º cos 37º) - $\frac{4cos^237° - 7 + 4sin^237°}{tan^247° + 4 - sec^243°}$

⇒ 1 - $\frac{4-7}{4-1}$ = 1 + 1 = 2.
