The correct answer is option 4 i.e. 6.5

$\sqrt{(28+10 \sqrt{3})}-\sqrt{7-4 \sqrt{3}}$

= $\sqrt{(5+\sqrt3)^2}-\sqrt{(2-\sqrt3)^2}$

= 5 + $\sqrt3$ - (2 - $\sqrt3$)

= 3 + 2$\sqrt3$

  3 + 3.46 = 6.46 = 6.5
