Explanation
The Correct Answer is option 3 i.e. Tamil Nadu.
Guindy National Park is located in the state of Tamil Nadu, within the city limits of Chennai. It is one of the smallest national parks in India, yet unique because it lies entirely inside a metropolitan area. Despite its small size, it is home to a variety of flora and fauna including spotted deer, blackbucks, jackals, and numerous bird species. The park is part of the larger Guindy Forest, which also includes the Raj Bhavan, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, and Children’s Park. It plays a key role in urban conservation and environmental education.
