The correct answer is option 2 i.e. Mahabalipuram.
The Ganesh Ratha is one of the finest monolithic temples located at Mahabalipuram (also known as Mamallapuram) in Tamil Nadu, India. Carved out of a single rock during the Pallava dynasty in the 7th century, it is dedicated to Lord Shiva, although later it came to be associated with Lord Ganesha. The temple showcases exquisite Dravidian architectural style with detailed carvings and a chariot-like structure, making it a significant example of early South Indian rock-cut architecture.
