CSA of cylinder = 90.2 m² 

Radius = 70 cm = 0.7 m

CSA of cylinder = $2 \pi r h$

According to the given question, 

90.2 = $2 \times {22 \over 7} \times 0.7 \times h$

⇒ h = $902 \over {2 \times 22}$

⇒ h = 20.5

Hence the required answer is 20.5 m.
