The correct answer is option 1 i.e. 616 cm³ 

Concept Used :

$Volume of cone = {1 \over 3}\pi r^2 h$

Circumference of base = $2\pi r$

Given that, h = 12 cm

Circumference of base = 44 

⇒ 2 × 22/7 × r = 44

⇒ r = 7

Now, volume of cone = 1/3 × 22/7 × 7 × 7 × 12 

⇒ 22 × 7 × 4 = 616

Hence the volume of the cone is 616 cm³.
