We know that,

Average = Sum of observations/Number of observations

Let, the VIth integer be x

Sum of 6 integers = 48 × 6 = 288

Average of 5 integers = ${(288 - x) \over 5}$

According to the given question,

⇒ ${(288 - x) \over 5} = {70 \over 100} \times x$

⇒ 2(288 - x) = 7x

⇒ 576 - 2x = 7x

⇒ 9x = 576

⇒ x = 64

Hence, the sixth integer is 64
