The correct answer is option 2 i.e. 132. 

Let the four consecutive even numbers be:

a = x, b = x + 2, c = x + 4, d = x + 6

Average = x+x+2+x+4+x+64{x+x+2+x+4+x+6}\over4 

⇒ 33 = 4x+124{4x+12}\over4

⇒ 33 = x + 3

⇒ x = 30

⇒ |bd – ac| = |(32 × 36) - (30 × 34)|

⇒ |1152 - 1020| = 132
