The arc length of a sector of a circle that subtends a 22.5° angle at the center is given as 16.5 cm. What will be the radius (in cm) of the circle? [use π=227\pi={22\over 7}]

The arc length of a sector(L) = θ360×2πr{\theta\over360} \times 2\pi r

16.5 = 22.5360×2×227r{22.5\over360} \times 2\times {22\over7} r

⇒ r = 41580990{41580}\over{990}

⇒ r = 42 cm
