Applying BODMAS

⇒ $[\sqrt25+12 ÷3-${$20+(128$ $÷16)-(54 ÷ 9$)}]

⇒ $[5+4-${$20+(8$$)-(6$)}]

⇒ $[5+4-${$22$}]

⇒ $[9-22] = -13$
