$11\frac{1}{4} \div 3 \frac{3}{5} \times 6 \frac{2}{3} + \frac{1}{6}$

Using the rule of BODMAS,

⇒ $\frac{45}{4} \div \frac{18}{5} \times \frac{20}{3} + \frac{1}{6}$

⇒ $\frac{45}{4} \times \frac{5}{18} \times \frac{20}{3} + \frac{1}{6}$

⇒ $\frac{45}{4} \times \frac{5}{18} \times \frac{20}{3} + \frac{1}{6}$

⇒ ${125\over 6} + {1 \over 6}$ 

⇒ ${126 \over 6}$ = 21
