Show answer & explanation

Correct answer: B

Explanation

The correct answer is option 2 i.e. distribution.

In this context, the passage is discussing the need for jobs for the semi-skilled and unskilled during a deep recession, and the idea is that creating jobs in the healthcare industry can contribute to a more equal distribution of wealth.

The sentence would then read: "This is the only way in which equal distribution of wealth can take place."
