1. Option 1 'ill feeling' does not sound correct because with adjectives such as 'feeling' we usually use other adjectives like bad, happy, poor, etc. 'Ill' specifically means bad health, not feeling.
2. Option 2 is correct beacsue 'ill health' is the corect way to express someone's concern over bad health. 'Ill' means 'a state of poor in quality' and hence will beocme the correct phrase to answer our question.
3. Option 3 can be applicable but 'disease' is usually applied when the sentence expresses meanings of severity. Disease is an indicator of a severe condition in health so the context of the sentence also has to be more severe than merely pointing out regular day-to-day events.
4. Option 4 is incorrect because 'disorder'  in health usually points out to a state/condition that had existed since some time. The context of this sentence does not quite reflect any meaning as such but only talks about how the car cleaner will not be coming for some newly-formed condition, which might be 'ill heath' or 'bad health'.
