Rules for changing Active form to Passive from:

  • Simply exchange the places of the subject and the object. The subject should become the object and vice-versa while changing a sentence from Active to Passive voice or reverse.
  • Now, convert the main verb into its past participle or third form while converting from active to passive voice.

Now, the given sentence is in present perfect tense. When the active form is in "has/have + V3" form then the passive voice should follow the format "has/have + been + V3" form.
