Grammatical Concept:- 

  • Subjects and verbs must AGREE with one another in number (singular or plural). Thus, if a subject is singular, its verb must also be singular; if a subject is plural, its verb must also be plural.

  • In the given statement the subject is "Issues" which is plural hence, we need to use a Plural verb for it.

  • The chosen option contains the ERROR hence, it will be the correct answer.
