Show answer & explanation

Correct answer: B

Explanation

The correct answer is option 2, i.e. SRPQ.

  1. Sentence S begins the story of what the king initially did after the first statement's details, that is about his worrisome situation regarding the people who were getting lazy.
  2. Sentence R shall follow because it moves the story ahead by talking about what the poeple did after the king's arrangements.
  3. Sentence P adds more details about what the poeple did, which is why it shall follow as a direct continuation for the information provided by the previous statement.
  4. Sentence Q shall follow at next place because it moves the narrrative further by adding details about what the king had done after having experienced the reactions of the people.

This arrangement follows a sequential manner where the various events, information or details are added without losing the fluency in narration and the meaning/sense of the entire passage.
