The correct answer is Option 2 i.e. $\frac{5}{\sqrt{(26)}}$.

Given, tan x = 5 and,

tan x = P/B

where, Perpendicular = P, Hypotenuse = H, Base = B

⇒ P/B = 5

⇒ P = 5, B = 1

And, sin x = P/H

Using Pythagoras Theorem, we get

⇒ H² = P² + B² 

⇒ H² = 5² + 1² = 26

⇒ H = $\sqrt26$

⇒ sinx = P/H = $\frac{5}{\sqrt{(26)}}$
