The correct answer is option 3 i.e. 2 : 1.

Given that

Side of the cube = 3

Surface area  of cube = 6a²

Volume = a³

The ratio of surface area to volume = 6a² : a³ 

⇒ $\frac{6 × 3 × 3}{3 × 3 × 3}$ = 2 : 1 

The ratio between the surface area and the volume of the cube is 2 : 1
