If tan θ\theta = 5\sqrt{5}, then the value of cosec2θ+sec2θcosec2θ−sec2θ\frac{cosec^2 \theta + sec^2 \theta}{cosec^2 \theta - sec^2 \theta} is:

Show answer & explanation

Correct answer: C

Explanation

The correct answer is option 3 i.e. −32-\frac{3}{2}.

 tan θ\theta = 5\sqrt{5} = P/B

H2 = 5\sqrt{5}2 + 12

H = 6\sqrt{6}

⇒ cosec2θ+sec2θcosec2θ−sec2θ\frac{cosec^2 \theta + sec^2 \theta}{cosec^2 \theta - sec^2 \theta}

⇒ (652+62)(652−62)\frac{(\sqrt{\frac65}^2 + \sqrt6^2)}{(\sqrt{\frac65}^2 - \sqrt6^2)}

⇒ 365−245\frac{\frac{36}{5}}{\frac{-24}{5}} = −32-\frac{3}{2}.
