The correct answer is option 2 i.e.  −950\frac{-9}{50}.

Sin2θ + Cos2θ = 1

 Sint + Cost = 45\frac{4}{5} 

Square on both sides

⇒  Sin2t + Cos2t + 2 Sint.Cost = 1625\frac{16}{25}

⇒ 1 +  2 Sint.Cost = 1625\frac{16}{25}

⇒ 2Sint.Cost = 1625\frac{16}{25} - 1

⇒ Sint.Cost = −950\frac{-9}{50}
