The correct answer is Option 1 i.e. ${{\sqrt26} \over 13}$

sinθ = 11/15

sinθ =  P/H = 11/15

H² = P² + B²

225 = 121 + B²

B = 2$\sqrt{26}$

  $({{sec\theta - tan\theta}})$ = [15/( 2$\sqrt{26}$)] - [ 11/( 2$\sqrt{26}$)]

= 2/$\sqrt{26}$ × ($\sqrt{26}$/$\sqrt{26}$)

= ${{\sqrt26} \over 13}$
