Show answer & explanation

Correct answer: B

Explanation

The correct answer is option  2 i.e. 96.

Given conditions: ‘+’ means ‘−’, ‘−’ means ‘×’, ‘×’ means ‘÷’ and ‘÷’ means ‘+’

Given equation: 83 ÷ 12 - 65 × 13 + 47 = ?

After interchanging the expression becomes:

= 83 + 12 × 65 ÷ 13 - 47

= 83 + 12 × 5 - 47

= 83 + 60 - 47

= 143 - 47 = 96
