If 60 " 21 = 13 and 81 " 9 = 24, then what is the value of 27 " 39?

Explanation

Just as

60 " 21 = 13

60 ÷ 3 = 20

21 ÷ 3 = 7

20 − 7 = 13

And

81 " 9 = 24

81 ÷ 3 = 27

9 ÷ 3 = 3

27 − 3 = 24

Similarly,

27 ” 39

27 ÷ 3 = 9

39 ÷ 3 = 13

9 − 13 = −4
