1. Option 1 does not have any error as it introduces the subject. Also indicates the tense 'is', which is present.
2. Option 2 isn't wrong as it establishes the context and uses an adjective to add more meaning to the subject.
3. Option 3 isn't wrong because it seconds the meaning, context and tense established by the first segment of the sentence.
4. Option 4 is the incorrect part of the sentence because the whole sentence was talking in present tense, whereas 'was followed' implied past tense. Had the whole context been in past tense then this part would have been correct and the sentence would have gone like 'she was a great cook, had her own blog and was followed by one lakh viewers'.
