27 + 3 - 18 $\times$ 3 $\div$ 9 = 24

27 + 3 - 6 = 24

30 - 6 = 24

24 = 24 (Correct)

II. 12 + 8 $\times$ 12 $\div$ 16 - 7 = 19

By interchanging the given two signs (+ and $\div$),

12 $\div$ 8 $\times$ 12 + 16 - 7 = 19

8 + 16 - 7 = 19

24 - 7 = 19

17 = 19 (Incorrect)
