Show answer & explanation

Correct answer: A

Explanation

The correct answer is Option 1 i.e. 8668.

Shirt paid by credit card → 6% discount on ₹2,200

Discount = 2200×61002200 × 6 \over100 = ₹132

Amount = 2200 − 132 = ₹2068

Coat paid instantly → 12% discount on ₹7,500

Discount = 7500×121007500 × 12 \over100 = ₹900

Amount = 7500 − 900 = ₹6600

Total bill paid = 2068 + 6600 = ₹8668
