Let the distance between Hospital and the village be x km

Time = Distance/Speed

ATQ

$\dfrac{x}{30}$ + $\dfrac{x}{2}$ = $\dfrac{23}{5}$

$\dfrac{16x}{30}$ = $\dfrac{23}{5}$

x = $\dfrac{23 × 15}{5 × 8}$

x = $\dfrac{69}{8}$
