18 men can complete $\frac{1}{5}$ of a work = 10 days

18 men can complete a work = 10 × 5 days = 50 days

Let's assume x men $\frac{2}{5}$ of the same work = 5 days

So, x men complete the same work = $\frac{5}{2}$ × 5 = 25/2 days

So, 

According to the question,

men × days = men × days

⇒ 18 × 50 = x × 25/2

x = 72 men
