The correct answer is option 4 i.e.  $4\times2^{\frac{1}{3}}$ cm.

Radius of cylinder (r) = 16/2 = 8 cm

Volume of cylinder = πr²h = π × 8² × 4 = 256π cm³

Volume of each sphere = (256π)/12 = (64/3)π cm³

Volume of sphere = (4/3)πr³ = (64/3)π

⇒ r³ = 16

⇒ r = 16^1/3 = 2 × 2^1/3

Diameter of each sphere = 2r = 2 × 2 × 2^1/3 = 4 × 2^1/3 cm
